Maintenance and replacement of mechanical building services installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and replacement of mechanical building services installations for the municipality of Lansingerland. The contractor must provide preventive and corrective maintenance, fault handling, a 24/7 fault reporting and escalation service, and on-call MJOP-related replacement and renewal works within a framework agreement. The contract covers one lot only and includes work in occupied and publicly used buildings. The bidder must meet experience requirements, hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA**, SCIOS and F-gas certification or equivalents, submit the UEA, a core competencies form and a signed acceptance declaration, and comply with the Program of Requirements. Social Return of 2% of the contract sum applies.
