Supply of various above-ground containers and GFe enclosures

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of above-ground waste containers and GFT-e enclosures in two lots. Lot 1 covers above-ground containers for residual waste, paper/cardboard, glass and textiles. Lot 2 covers GFT-e enclosures, including installation of access-control electronics supplied by the contracting authority. The contract term is 2 years with three possible extensions of 2 years each, up to a maximum of 8 years. The award is based on best price-quality ratio: price 70% and qualitative criteria 30%. The tender also includes a mandatory site inspection before award. A bidder must submit a completed and signed UEA, a price form and the required technical evidence. The bidder must have relevant experience from the last 3 years, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000 per event and EUR 2,500,000 per year, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent systems, and proof of compliance with Directive 2006/42/EC and CE marking for the containers.
