Fiscal Monitor (survey)

Summary

The tender concerns the Fiscale Monitor and the Douane Monitor: recurring online survey research on citizens’, businesses’ and intermediaries’ views and experiences of the Dutch Tax Administration and Customs. The contract also covers reporting, data processing, project coordination and an interactive tool, with separate pricing lines for the different target groups and work packages. The contract is a framework agreement for 2 years with two possible 1-year extensions. E-invoicing is mandatory. Bidders must submit a tender and demonstrate relevant experience in quantitative public-sector survey research, telephone fieldwork among organisations, and in-depth research based on quantitative research.
