Framework agreement for planning and economic advisory services

Summary

The tender concerns a multi-year framework agreement for planning and economic advisory services for the Municipality of Steenwijkerland. The contractor must provide advisory services on land development, cost recovery, financial and strategic advice, feasibility studies, residual land value calculations, exploitation plans, policy input, annual land price letters, and financial documents for the municipal land company.
