Workforce management application for KCC and civil affairs

Summary

The tender concerns a SaaS workforce management application for Utrecht’s KCC and civil affairs operations. The supplier must deliver, implement, maintain, support and further develop the solution, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, day-to-day control, employee self-service, leave management and reporting.
