Summary

The tender concerns the supply and management of data connections between school locations and between school locations and the Stichting Carmelcollege data centre in Enschede. The contract is divided into two lots: Dark Fiber for shorter links in East Netherlands and Managed Ethernet over fibre for longer links, with Dark Fiber also used for certain inter-site MAN connections. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, provide references for similar network/data connection work, and meet the tender documents’ exclusion, qualification and certification requirements. The award is based on best price-quality ratio, with quality and price weighted 40/60.
