Summary

The tender concerns project management services for the complete redevelopment of the MAVO/HAVO school location of Stedelijk Dalton Lyceum in Dordrecht. The project manager must guide the client through the European procurement of the works and through the implementation phase up to handover and aftercare. The contract starts on 4 November 2026 and is expected to run until one year after completion. Award is based on quality and price, with quality weighted at 70 points and price at 30 points. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, answers to the open questions and a priced schedule, and must demonstrate relevant experience with at least one comparable school redevelopment project of at least 3,500 m².
