Maintenance of swimming pool installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and support services for swimming pool installations at four existing Utrecht swimming pools. The contract is a single framework agreement for corrective, preventive and planned maintenance, plus related services such as chemicals supply, inspections, MJOP data updates and participation in on-call duty. The contract runs for 4 years from 1 January 2027, with up to three extensions of 2 years each. The estimated value is EUR 12,000,000 and the maximum framework value is EUR 16,500,000 excluding indexation.
