Automatic management of the groundwater monitoring network

Summary

The tender concerns the automatic management of the groundwater monitoring network for the Municipality of The Hague for 2027–2034. The contractor must provide telemetry equipment, install the telemetry, validate the measurement data and make the data available through an internet application. The municipality will not buy the equipment itself, but will purchase reliable data as a data subscription. The validated data must also be delivered to the BRO. The award criteria are quality 70% and price 30%.
