Realistic training 2028–2031

Summary

The tender concerns realistic fire training services for Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord, split into two lots: one for one-day training to maintain competence and one for training to become competent, including crew and officer training. The contract runs from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2031, with a maximum value of EUR 1.5 million for lot 1 and EUR 1.625 million for lot 2, and award is based on the best price-quality ratio. A bidder must provide a training centre and related facilities, with scenarios, safety arrangements, catering, changing and shower facilities, briefing rooms, air-breathing equipment services, vehicle refuelling options, overnight accommodation nearby, and the ability to host training days with 1 to 4 fire engines depending on the lot and scenario. Key participation requirements include registration in the relevant business register, professional/liability insurance, at least one comparable reference from the last three years, and an ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 9001:2015 quality management system or equivalent. The bid must be complete, signed, in Dutch or accompanied by a Dutch translation, and all minimum requirements in the tender documents must be met.
