Freestanding advertising objects

Summary

The tender concerns a concession for supplying, installing, managing and maintaining freestanding advertising objects in the public space of Vlaardingen. The contractor will receive the exclusive right to commercially exploit the objects. Up to 20 objects may be placed, at least 7 locations must have one digital side, and the objects must meet the technical and operational requirements in the tender documents. To participate, the bidder must submit the UEA, a recent trade register extract proving signing authority, the price sheet, and a reference form. The bidder must also meet the exclusion grounds and qualification requirements, including insurance cover of at least EUR 1,500,000 per event and EUR 3,000,000 per year, and proven experience with at least one comparable reference project involving at least 10 freestanding advertising objects, including at least 4 with a digital screen on at least one side. The award criterion is price only, based on the highest concession payment. Submission is electronic via TenderNed, in Dutch, and variants are not allowed.
