Printing of Municipal Tax Assessments for OWO Municipalities

Summary

The tender concerns the printing, enveloping and dispatch of municipal tax assessments and related correspondence for the OWO municipalities. The supplier must be able to handle regular and occasional print streams, digital delivery via MijnOverheid/Logius, proofing, portal-based ordering, secure file exchange, reporting, storage and return handling. The contract is a framework agreement for 2 years, with two optional 1-year extensions and one possible extra extension of up to 6 months if discontinuation would interrupt the service. Estimated value is EUR 400,000 and maximum value EUR 600,000. The award criteria are price, service quality, ordering process and sustainability. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, a reference form, a price sheet, and evidence of registration, insurance, GVA, tax compliance, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent measures. The bidder must also confirm that exclusion grounds do not apply.
