Supply and maintenance of wash installations for garages West and Zuid

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, service and maintenance of bus wash installations for garages West and Zuid in Amsterdam. The contract covers dismantling the old systems, supplying and installing new wash systems with vehicle recognition, water recycling, water softening and a web-based washing registration application, plus service, management, maintenance and spare parts for at least 10 years. The tender is an open procedure with no lots and no variants allowed. The price ceiling is EUR 928,552 excluding VAT for the full 10-year total cost of ownership. The award is based on the economically most advantageous tender using the best price-quality ratio. The qualitative criteria cover availability and reliability, vehicle recognition, sustainability and reduced environmental impact, implementation and transition, and service and partnership. To participate, bidders must submit the required tender documents, including the ESPD, reference declarations, trade register extract, price schedule and, where relevant, combination or third-party declarations. The bidder must have at least one relevant reference from the last 3 years for supplying and installing wash systems for large passenger buses, trucks and/or coaches, and for operating and maintaining wash systems. The responsible staff must speak Dutch, and the bidder must have a VCA* or equivalent safety system, sufficient financial standing, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000 per claim and EUR 2,500,000 per year, and willingness to provide a bank guarantee of 10% of the purchase price.
