External personnel hiring (brokerage services)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of external personnel, both on a self-employed basis and on a secondment basis via second-tier suppliers. The contract is not divided into lots and partial bids are not allowed. The estimated value is EUR 3,000,000 per year, or EUR 18,000,000 over six years, with a maximum contract value of EUR 36,000,000 over six years.
