Multifunctional devices

Summary

The tender concerns the lease, installation, service, maintenance and software support of multifunctional devices for Stichting Goud, including consumables, user instruction and ongoing advice. Paper supply is excluded. The contract is a framework agreement for an initial five years, with three one-year extension options, for a maximum term of eight years. The estimated total value is EUR 810,000 excluding VAT, while the maximum contract value is EUR 1,300,000 excluding VAT. The award criterion is best price-quality ratio, with 40% price and 60% quality based on two case studies. The bidder must submit a signed ESPD, a recent trade register extract, the bid form and a Word document with the case study answers. Qualification requirements cover financial capacity and technical experience in primary education, at least 25 multifunctionals at one client across at least 10 locations, and experience in organisations with at least 20 locations. The tender also requires Dutch-language communication, VOG checks for staff entering the buildings, and compliance with the tender documents.
