Learning materials for VMBO

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of learning materials for VMBO schools, together with advisory and service support for a facilitated learning materials fund at De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg and Eindhoven. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, or until the maximum contract value of EUR 2,000,000 including VAT is reached. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, with 60 points for quality and 40 points for price. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, a price sheet and answers to the open questions, and must prove experience in advising on learning materials and in supplying learning materials through a facilitated fund for at least 750 pupils.
