Maintenance of climate control installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance of climate control installations under a single framework agreement. The scope includes annual preventive maintenance, fault repair, digital reporting and, where needed, installation work such as rerouting water pipes and replacing boilers, air conditioners and pumps. The bidder must take into account that preventive maintenance is carried out once a year, reports must be submitted and checked within 10 working days, and corrective work is subject to a separate threshold and pricing rules. To participate, the bidder must submit the UEA, a signed declaration of tender submission, references, an insurance certificate and comply with the technical and personnel requirements set out in the tender documents.
