Cleaning maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning maintenance for multiple municipal locations in Doetinchem and BUHA. The contract is reserved for sheltered workshops and social enterprises under Article 2.82 of the Dutch Public Procurement Act. The contractor must provide regular cleaning and periodic specialist maintenance, including floor care and window cleaning, and must work with a stable team, local coordination and quality reporting. To participate, the bidder must submit a signed UEA, a recent trade register extract, answers to the open questions, and a completed price sheet. The bidder must show relevant references for three core competences: cleaning in public/operational environments, use and support of target-group employees, and continuity/stable management in dynamic environments. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent systems are required, and Article 2.82 compliance must be proven with PSO30+ or an accountant/auditor statement showing that at least 30% of staff belong to the target group.
