Ventspils nekustamie īpašumi is procuring cosmetic renovation works for stairwells in residential buildings in Ventspils, divided into four lots: stairwells 1–3 at Sarkanmuižas dambis 7, stairwell 1 at Lidotāju iela 17, stairwell 4 at Lidotāju iela 20, and stairwell 1 at Talsu iela 26. The works include repairs and finishing of interior surfaces, floors and staircases, as well as specified door, railing, heating-pipe and other related works. The completion period is 150 calendar days for lot 1 and 60 calendar days for lots 2–4.
