Summary

The procurement covers the supply of automatic groundwater-level and temperature measuring equipment, data transmission equipment, and related accessories for groundwater monitoring wells. The required quantities are 5 automatic measuring devices with data transmission, 5 well caps, 5 antennas, 5 data-transmission device mounts, and 4 well casing extensions. The measuring device must have a water-level range of 0–4 m and a temperature range of −20 to +50°C; the equipment must support at least 4G and meet the specified data storage and remote-monitoring requirements. All product groups must have a 2-year warranty. The estimated value is EUR 19,000 excluding VAT, and delivery is due within 3 months of contract signature. The offer must cover the full scope of the technical specification; only one offer is allowed and alternatives are prohibited. Price is the sole award criterion, and no tender guarantee is required. Bidders must submit the required application, technical offer and financial offer, and meet the requirements relating to registration, representation and, where applicable, consortia or relied-upon entities.
