Provision of Printing Services

Summary

The Latvian State President’s Chancellery is procuring printing services for a 12-month period. Orders will include, among other items, business cards, forms, envelopes, protocol greeting cards, paper bags, table cards, various covers and document folders. Services will be ordered as needed; some planned quantities will be ordered when the contract is concluded, while others will be ordered according to demand. Standard orders must be completed within three months and business cards within two weeks. Poor-quality printed work must be replaced within seven calendar days. The bidder must be registered and demonstrate average annual turnover of at least EUR 40,000 over the previous three completed financial years. It must have experience delivering at least two comparable printing-service contracts, each lasting at least 12 months, during 2023–2026 up to the bid submission deadline, and provide three printing specialists with the required experience and education. A technical offer, a financial offer and the specified print samples must be submitted. Offers are evaluated on price (70 points) and sample quality (30 points).
