Transport of Technical Aids and Related Services

Summary

The tender covers the transport of technical aids and related services for the Vaivari Technical Aids Centre throughout Latvia. The work includes, among other things, loading and unloading aids, assembling and dismantling them, and transporting them from the centre’s nearest branch to a person’s home; the price must also include mileage and packaging materials. The contract runs for 12 months and has an estimated value of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. Bids must cover the entire scope; only one bid variant is allowed, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant bid. The bidder must have at least 10 employees, at least three EURO 6-compliant H3L3 or equivalent vehicles, a valid commercial freight transport licence and civil liability insurance with a minimum limit of EUR 100,000. It must also demonstrate relevant transport services under at least one contract worth at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, performed during 2023–2026, and provide a positive client reference or equivalent evidence. The bid and required forms must be submitted electronically in Latvian; documents in another language must be accompanied by a Latvian translation certified by the bidder.
