Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase of electrical installation materials for Gulbene Municipality and its institutions in accordance with the technical specifications (Attachment 2). Bids must be submitted electronically only through the EIS electronic tender sub-system. Price is the sole award criterion; bids are submitted electronically; the contract duration is 12 months from award or until the maximum contract price of 40,000 EUR is reached, whichever occurs first. The procurement is for a single lot; foreign bidders must provide relevant registration documents; goods of Russian or Belarusian origin must not be supplied.
