Technical maintenance and repair of fire protection systems

Summary

This procurement concerns the technical maintenance and repair of fire protection systems at SIA Latvijas Nacionālais sporta centrs facilities. The supplier must provide regular maintenance (monthly, quarterly and annual), ensure on-site service during working hours and emergency responses, supply spare parts and materials, and employ qualified personnel. The work is performed across multiple facilities in Latvia, including Kultūras un sporta centrs “Daugava” (Daugava stadium, ice hall, etc.), Tennis Center “Lielupe” in Jurmala, Sigulda bobsleigh track, Mežaparks Sports Center, Team Sports Hall, and Kleisti sports base. The maximum contract price is 41,999.99 EUR excluding VAT, and the contract duration is 24 months. The procurement uses the electronic purchasing system (EIS). The winning bidder must meet the qualification criteria, including registration, independence, and prior experience (three contracts, including at least one contract involving an automatic voice annunciation system and at least one contract covering an area of 2000 m2).
