Construction supervision for the simplified renovation of an office building in Tukums

Summary

The procurement is for construction supervision of the simplified renovation of the office building at 5/1 Zemites Street in Tukums. Supervision will continue until the construction works are completed and the building authority has recorded their completion. The construction works are planned to take three months, excluding any technological interruption. The contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must have at least one qualifying public-building supervision project and provide the required certified specialists: a responsible building-supervision specialist, a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning specialist, an electrical-installations specialist, and an electronic communications systems and networks specialist. The bid must include evidence of experience and specialist qualifications, along with the required declarations and financial offer. Bids must be submitted electronically through Latvia’s EIS system in Latvian. Price is the only award criterion; the lowest-priced offer excluding VAT wins.
