Construction supervision services for road and street renewal and reconstruction in Augšdaugava Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers construction supervision services for the renewal or reconstruction of roads and streets in the Augšdaugava area. It is divided into three lots: supervision of the reconstruction of Alejas Street road in Svente (10 months); supervision of the renewal of two local roads in the Medumi and Kalkūne areas (6 months); and supervision of the renewal of pedestrian paths and squares on Raiņa Street in Ilūkste (4 months). The duration runs from the start of the construction works and includes handover for use; neither construction nor supervision is carried out during a winter technical break. The provider must supervise the works in accordance with the project and applicable law, checking quality, materials, documentation, safety and deadlines, advising the contracting authority, and monitoring defect correction and the warranty period. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. For each lot, the bidder must demonstrate relevant previous supervision experience and provide specialists holding the required professional certificates; the bid must include qualification evidence and technical and financial offers. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 3 November 2026.
