The procurement is for construction supervision services for works to adapt nine sites in the Talsi area for use as civil-protection shelters. Supervision includes checking that the works and materials comply with the project, monitoring construction contract performance, costs and schedules, organising site meetings, and submitting reports. The bidder must hold the required registration and have experience supervising at least two qualifying construction projects during 2021–2026.
