Summary

The procurement concerns the evaluation of the Pedagogical Professional Support System Development project (ESF Plus project Nr 4.2.2.3/1/24/I/001). The evaluation will cover the progress of project activities and the effectiveness of the implementation mechanism for the period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026, focusing on the development of a unified and strategically supervised professional support system across state, municipal and educational institutions, and on producing actionable methodological materials and digital solutions to support educator excellence. The results will provide practical recommendations for the continued development and implementation of the three-tier professional support system through 2029.
