Delivery of a crawler self-propelled loader with a trade-in of a used crawler self-propelled loader

Summary

Open competition for the delivery of a crawler self-propelled loader in accordance with the technical specification (Appendix 1). The tender includes a trade-in of a used Caterpillar 963 loader (body no. CAT0963KVLBL00107, reg. no. SP3219) valued at EUR 45,000 including VAT, which will be credited towards the purchase price of the new machine. The contract is to be performed at Kaudzīšu iela 57, Rumbula, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2121. Proposals must be submitted electronically in EUR without VAT, with a 2-decimal precision, and may include one variant for the whole procurement object. The procurement is governed by the Public Procurement Law and the contract terms include warranty, maintenance, and training obligations, as well as provisions on subcontracting and ESPD requirements.
