Supply of an agricultural tractor with equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of a new, undamaged agricultural tractor manufactured no earlier than 2026, together with equipment, delivered to Mickiewicza 3, Kudowa-Zdrój. The tractor must have four-wheel drive, engine power of 70–80 HP and approval for use on public roads. The supplier must cover transport and insurance until acceptance, carry out an operational test before acceptance, provide user training and deliver the documents required for operation, maintenance, servicing and registration. The delivery period is 45 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and payment term, weighted at 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,100 is required.
