Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Services for Electrical Supply and Automation Systems

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, repair, modernization and emergency services for the contracting authority’s electrical supply and automation systems. The services include training electricians to operate transformer substation automation in emergencies, telephone consultations, on-site emergency call-outs, inspections of transformer substation power distribution automation, and automation repairs and modernization. The contract is not divided into lots and covers the full scope. The planned contract value is EUR 20,000 excluding VAT, with a service period of 24 months or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 1 October 2026. The lowest total price excluding VAT is the sole award criterion.
