Collection and disposal of large animal carcasses in Limbaži Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the collection and disposal of large wild-animal carcasses, such as moose, deer, roe deer and wild boar, in the territory of Limbaži Municipality. It is divided into three lots covering the Limbaži, Salacgrīva and Aloja areas; a bidder may tender for one or more lots. The maximum contract price for each lot is EUR 5,000 excluding VAT and the contract period is 24 months. A carcass must be removed no later than 24 hours after a call is received. The bidder must submit an electronic participation application, technical tender, financial tender and the required qualification documents in Latvian. The award uses three price-based award criteria: collection of all carcasses including site disinfection, disposal and transport – up to 40 points; a call-out where no animals are found – up to 30 points; and a veterinary call-out – up to 20 points.
