OIS/TPS System Maintenance Services

Summary

The tender concerns 12 months of maintenance services for Varian Medical Systems’ ARIA Oncology Information System and Eclipse Treatment Planning System, collectively referred to as the OIS/TPS system. The service covers regular maintenance of the system and its infrastructure, servers, workstations, UPS units, backup systems and remote access, as well as remote diagnostics, manufacturer-validated updates and modifications, unlimited fault repairs, spare-parts supply, technical support and service reports. The contractor must provide a response within 4 hours on weekdays and 12 hours at weekends, resolve critical faults within 48 hours and other faults within 6 days. The contract requires at least 95% system availability, a minimum 12-month warranty for replacement parts, 40 hours of application support per year, and compliance with cybersecurity, information-security and personal-data protection requirements.
