Full-service sound reinforcement for Latvijas Koncerti events

Summary

VSIA Latvijas Koncerti is procuring full-service sound support for its events and rehearsals, including sound equipment rental, transport, installation, setup, on-site operation and dismantling. The equipment includes loudspeakers and stage monitors, mixing consoles, processors, microphones, wireless microphone systems, guitar amplifiers and other sound equipment. The supplier must also provide the specified sound technicians and stage crew, as well as cargo vehicles up to 3,500 kg and over 7,500 kg. The contract will run for 24 months or until the value of EUR 135,000 excluding VAT is reached. If that amount is not reached within that period, the contract may be extended, but the total term may not exceed 36 months. Tenderers must demonstrate the required previous experience and submit compliant technical and financial offers. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total price.
