Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of E95 petrol and diesel fuel through service stations in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. The contract will last 36 months or until the contract value of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. Bidders must hold a valid retail petroleum licence, operate at least six 24-hour stations in Riga, and provide stations in specified Latvian cities and in Estonia and Lithuania. The tender must include the technical and financial proposals, fuel-card arrangements, and the required registration and licensing evidence. Tenders will be scored out of 100 points: E95 price 45, diesel price 35, the 24-hour Riga station network 5, distance from Riga Castle 5, and refuelling during power outages 10 points.
