Summary

The tender concerns pilot training flights with night vision devices (NVG-basic) up to 4 years. The contract aims to provide NVG-basic theoretical and practical pilot training leading to a certificate, in accordance with the technical specification and the contract. The training must meet EU regulatory requirements (Regulations 1178/2011 and 965/2012, Part-SPA SPA.NVIS.130). The bidder must be registered in relevant registers (national or foreign), hold or provide an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) certificate or its equivalent, and submit an NVG training program approved by the competent aviation authority. If the bidder's principal place of business is in a third country, they must provide an EASA Part-ORA ATO approval. The training may be conducted on a helicopter, a flight training simulator, or a combination thereof.
