Summary

The tender covers the organisation and delivery of three one-day in-person training courses on creating databases, reports and summaries using MS Excel. Two courses will take place in Szczecin and one in Koszalin between 2 November and 11 December 2026; the planned total attendance is 50–60 people, with up to 20 participants per course. Each course lasts 8 academic hours, and the supplier must provide the training venue, computers with at least Excel 2016 and Windows 10, internet access, catering, a trainer, an on-site coordinator, training materials, accessibility and assessment and documentation of learning outcomes. The bid submission deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The contracting authority may order up to two additional equivalent courses in the first quarter of 2027. The award will take account of price, the trainer’s certificate and the social clause.
