Timber purchase

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of timber divided into three lots: freshly sawn timber, dried sawn timber and plywood. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but must cover the full scope of each selected lot. The contract period is 24 months, or until the planned contract value is reached, with a possible extension up to a total of 36 months. The planned values excluding VAT are EUR 21,999 for lot 1 and EUR 10,000 for each of lots 2 and 3. Goods must be available for purchase at the bidder’s sales location in the Dienvidkurzeme or Liepaja administrative area. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian using the required forms. The lowest compliant total price is the only award criterion for each lot. The bidder must demonstrate relevant timber-sales experience, lawful registration and any required licences or certificates, and must submit the required participation, technical and financial documents.
