Real estate sales and lease/rental brokerage services

Summary

The tender concerns real estate sales and lease/rental brokerage services in Latvia. The selected providers will attract buyers, tenants and lessees for the contracting authority’s properties, arrange viewings, prepare viewing records, market the properties, advise clients and support the completion of transactions. The contract is for 24 months or until the total amount of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT is reached, with a possible extension of up to 12 months, subject to a maximum total term of 36 months. Up to seven providers may be awarded a contract. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian e-procurement system by 12 October 2026 and must include the participation application, qualification documents, a technical offer and a financial offer. The economically most advantageous compliant offers with the lowest price will be selected. The rental brokerage commission is fixed at 100% of one month’s rent; sales commissions are subject to the specified maximums by property value.
