Public opinion survey services for the Competition Council

Summary

The Competition Council is procuring quantitative public opinion survey services for residents, companies, law firms, municipalities, associations and the Council’s clients. The contractor must develop the survey methodology and instruments, program questionnaires, organise and conduct fieldwork, provide the necessary technical resources, control data quality, prepare and statistically process datasets, produce analytical reports and present the final results in Riga on 12 November 2026. Bids may cover either online surveys only (CAWI) or a combination of online and telephone interviews (CAWI and CATI). The maximum contract value is EUR 14,000 excluding VAT, and the work must be completed within up to eight weeks. The bid deadline is 7 September 2026 at 10:00.
