Special transport service for persons with functional impairments

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of special transport services for persons with functional impairments in Latvia for 12 months from contract signature or until the maximum total contract price is reached. The service must be provided using a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and must cover the transport of wheelchair users and/or bedridden patients. The tender must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. The contract will be awarded to the compliant tender with the lowest unit price; in the event of a tie, preference will be given to the bidder whose vehicles have the lower average age. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
