Preparation and author supervision of the construction design for improving drainage systems and reconstructing culverts at the Ādaži training ground

The procurement concerns the preparation of a construction design for reconstructing drainage systems and culverts at the Ādaži training ground, together with author supervision. The construction design must be prepared within 10 months from the contract entering into force, while author supervision continues until the site is accepted for use. The procurement is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian procurement system by 1 October 2026. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected: price carries up to 60 points, and the relevant drainage-system and road-designers’ experience carries up to 20 points each.
