Summary

The procurement covers colorectal cancer screening using a laboratory immunochemical FIT method with an adjustable diagnostic threshold, together with test-kit supply, logistics, laboratory testing and communication of results. The contract is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not permitted; a tender must cover the entire scope. The service will run for 24 calendar months across Latvia, with processing of issued tests continuing for a further 9 months. The indicative volume is 246,494 test kits and 184,870 examinations. Tenders are due by 22 September 2026. The winning tender will be selected using the most economically advantageous tender method, with 30 points for the delivered kit price, 10 points for transport, testing and result communication, and 60 points for the combined kit and processing price.
