The tender concerns technical and content support for communications activities in the project “Digital Skills Enhancement.” The supplier will plan and implement a broad communications program, including strategy development, media engagement, digital content creation and publishing, video and broadcast advertising, graphic design and audiovisual material production, press releases, and project management with quality assurance.
