Digital payslip solution with delivery to employees’ digital safes

Summary

Alpi is procuring a solution to digitise payslips for employees of its member local authorities and deliver documents to employees’ digital safes. The service includes implementation and configuration, migration of historical data, training, support, maintenance and hosting, as well as electronic or postal delivery of payslips and other human-resources documents. Documents deposited electronically in the safe are retained for 50 years or until the employee’s 75th birthday. The procurement has one lot; the contract runs for 24 months and may be renewed twice for the same period.
