Issuance and distribution of CESU vouchers for social benefit payments

Summary

Lyon Metropole is procuring a service to issue and distribute CESU vouchers for paying the personalised autonomy allowance (APA) and disability compensation benefit (PCH). The single-lot, single-supplier framework agreement has an initial two-year term and may be renewed once for a further two years. The minimum amount is €13 million and the maximum amount is €27.5 million excluding VAT for each two-year period.
