Framework Agreement for Vehicle and Machinery Spare Parts, Accessories and Equipment

Summary

The City of Troyes, together with Troyes Champagne Métropole and the Troyes Municipal Social Action Centre, is procuring vehicle and machinery spare parts, accessories and equipment under a single-supplier framework agreement. The five lots cover combustion and electric passenger vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, Goupil vehicles, Mathieu, Eurovoirie and Arvel road sweepers and washers, and Glutton sweepers and vacuum cleaners. The agreement runs for one year and may be renewed three times for one year each, up to a maximum duration of four years. Annual ceilings are €160,000 for the City of Troyes, €100,000 for Troyes Champagne Métropole and €10,000 for the social action centre in Lot 1; €50,000 and €10,000 respectively in Lot 2; and €50,000, €150,000 and €60,000 for the City of Troyes in Lots 3, 4 and 5 respectively, all excluding VAT.
