Supply of an articulated telescopic loader

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one new articulated telescopic loader, including attachments, to the Wilanów-Obory Experimental Farm of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Obory. The machine must have four-wheel drive, a power-shift transmission with at least 8 gears, a maximum speed of at least 50 km/h and T1/T2 tractor approval for public-road use. It must have a turbocharged diesel engine with a displacement of at least 4,700 cm³, rated power of at least 170 HP and EU Stage V emissions compliance. Hydraulic pump flow must be at least 160 l/min and operating pressure at least 250 bar. Minimum lifting capacity is 4,100 kg, lifting height 5.4 m and forward telescopic reach 3.0 m. The specified machine weight is at least 9,000 kg (±10%). The package must include a universal bucket with a capacity of at least 3.8 m³ and width of at least 2.5 m; adjustable pallet forks rated for at least 4,000 kg; bale forks with at least 5 tines and capacity of at least 2,400 kg; and a two-cylinder bale grab for bales 0.9–1.8 m in size, rated for at least 950 kg. Cab, lighting, tyre, braking and hydraulic equipment, an operating manual and a parts catalogue are also required. The minimum warranty is 24 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The 100-, 500- and 1,000-hour service inspections and materials must be included in the price, and authorised service must be available in Poland. The supplier must arrange and pay for transport and deliver the machine to the location designated by the buyer. No separate turnover, experience or personnel qualification thresholds are set. The bid must include the offer form, a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply, and the completed and signed schedule of technical requirements, as well as evidence of the signatory’s authority. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and delivery time for 40%: fewer than 20 calendar days earns 40 points, 20–27 days earns 20 points, and 3 months earns 0 points. The amended bid deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00, and bids remain binding until 10 November 2026.
