Supply of trailers to the Łódź Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in three lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of new trailers to the Łódź Regional Branch of the Polish Red Cross in three separate lots. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several, or all lots, and a separate contract will be signed for each lot. Lot 1 is one twin-axle catering trailer with a maximum gross vehicle weight of 2,500 kg, fitted out and equipped, including refrigeration and freezer units, a gas cooker, grill, sink, and electrical, water, and gas systems. Lot 2 is two heavy-duty tarpaulin trailers with a maximum gross vehicle weight of 2,200 kg and a payload of at least 1,500 kg. Lot 3 is two heavy-duty box-body trailers with a gross vehicle weight of 2,000–2,500 kg and a payload exceeding 1,300 kg. All trailers must meet the dimensions, equipment, markings, and other requirements in the technical specifications. The bidder must supply factory-new trailers with the required Red Cross, humanitarian-aid, and funding markings. At handover, the supplier must provide operating and registration documents, including an extract from the type-approval certificate or an EC certificate of conformity, and give free operating training to people designated by the contracting authority. Each trailer must have a warranty of at least 24 months, with service and spare parts available in Poland, and a user manual in Polish. Delivery is due from contract signature through 27 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 12 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted 100%; no tender guarantee or performance security is required.
