Tree care, felling and stump removal, and tree planting and follow-up care

Summary

Drancy City Council is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement, delivered through purchase orders, for tree-care and planting services in two lots. Lot 1 covers pruning, felling and stump removal, with a maximum value of €950,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers planting and follow-up care of street trees and shrubs, with a maximum value of €350,000 excluding VAT. Work will take place in Drancy and at the city’s sites in Pamfou and Heilles. The initial term runs from 2027 through 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year renewals and a maximum end date of 31 December 2030.
